Meet madelynn
Hi, I’m Madelynn! I’m a photographer based in Oakdale, California. I love creating sessions that feel personal, effortless, and completely unique to the person in front of my camera. I love good outfits, beautiful locations, and finding those little things that make a session feel like you.
You don’t have to know how to pose, know your “good side,” or feel totally comfortable in front of a camera. That’s my job. I’ll guide you through the entire session, help you feel confident, and leave plenty of room for the candid moments and personality that make your photos feel natural.
More than anything, I want your photos to reflect the feeling of senior year. The excitement of getting ready with your best friends, Friday night games, late nights, laughing until your stomach hurts, and making the most of every part of this season. I want you to have photos that bring you right back to this time in your life.
2027 senior sessions
It's finally senior year! This is such a special season, and your senior photos should feel like a reflection of you. From the locations and outfits to the little details that make your session personal, we’ll create a gallery that feels completely your own. Whether you picture yourself in the fields, by the water, or somewhere that has a little more meaning to you, I want your photos to be something you’re genuinely excited to have.
And most importantly, I want you to feel confident in front of the camera. I’ll guide you through the entire session with natural posing and movement so you never have to worry about what to do. We’ll create a mix of beautiful portraits and candid moments that feel effortless, confident, and true to you.
Senior year is filled with the moments you’ll want to remember most: Friday night football games, your best friends, your favorite places around town, and all of the little things that make this year yours. Your photos should capture that feeling and give you something you’ll love looking back on for years to come.
When should I book my session?
I recommend booking at least a month in advance. With that being said, Fall and Spring are the most popular times due to the weather so booking asap is recommended for those times of year.
what should I bring to my session?
There is no requirement to bring props, bringing yourself is more than enough. If you would like to bring something to add to your photos, college pendants are always fun. Poms, sports balls/equipment, cap & gown, your bible, and your letterman jacket can also be amazing additions.
What should I wear?
When you book a senior session I send you a complete guide with advice on outfits so that you can plan your outfits stress-free.
should I get my hair & Makeup done?
That is completely up to you and what you feel comfortable with. If you would like to, I share some hair and make up artist recommendations in my senior sessions guide.
Should I get a spray tan?
Just like hair and makeup, it is completely up to you and what you feel comfortable with. If it will make you feel more confident then yes!
